Bush Administration Allowed Iran To Build Nuclear Facility

by Ben Hoffman

More evidence that Bush’s foreign policies towards Iran didn’t work and made us less safe. Today we learned that Iran has been working on a secret nuclear facility for years.

The level of deception by the Iranian government, and the scale of what we believe is the breach of international commitments, will shock and anger the entire international community,” Prime Minister Gordon Brown of Britain said, standing beside Mr. Obama and Mr. Sarkozy. “The international community has no choice today but to draw a line in the sand.

Another Bush mess Obama is forced to clean up rather than focusing on our countries needs. Thanks Bush for leaving a pathetic mess.

  1. Uh huh.Yeah. Sure. It, like everything else in what passes for the minds of Liberals, is Bush’s fault. LOL

I can just imagine what the outcry from the Leftists would have been if Bush had responded to Iran’s nuclear ambitions in any manner stronger than he did – or if he let the Israelis deal with it.

    • You know jonolan, this blog is so entertaining. I mean when I need a good laugh, I visit ol’ Ben’s line of liberal crap…Blame Bush, call conservatives names, go for entitlements, and claim most folks actually want the government controlled health care…when in the same “poll” very few people even understood much about it…
      gawd, I love it!

    • If you right-wing morons can blame Clinton for 9/11, I can blame Bush for Iran’s nuclear facility.

But the fact is, Bush’s policies didn’t work.

      • “right-wing morons”…I rest my case.
        and Ben…if you would seek it out…just a little…it’s in my blog…I don’t blame Clinton for 9/11…
you’d see that I, personally, feel that it’s goes much deeper than just ol’ Bill. But that is something that’s moot as we both know the truth will never be known…at least by us. As far as I’m concerned, let everyone believe 20 radical Islamics, and one main guy living in a cave plotted and carried the plan out. Let the b.s. stick.

      • Of course Clinton is to blame for 9/11, in the same way that many of you Liberals blame Bush for it. Both had a certain level of evidence of the threat of it presented to them and neither acted since the evidence wasn’t credible enough given our preconceptions at those times.

The Iranian vermin’s nuclear facility is a different story though. It’s laughable to blame Bush for its continued existence when you and those like you would have cried out in horror if Bush had ordered an attack upon Iran.

      • No sh*t. Bush was already waging two wars very poorly. There were never any clear strategies to win, but plenty for war profiteering. Our military was so shorthanded, soldiers were serving three, four, even five tours of duty, often without the armor they needed.

Invading Iran would have been insane.

But why was Iran so intent on developing nuclear weapons? It could very well be the result of Bush’s threats. They had good reason to be concerned the U.S. was going to attack them.

  2. And Obama’s “spend what you don’t have” policies are a god send? Hey, we are trillions in debt, lets bail out the auto industry. Let’s bail out the newspapers…let’s nationalize healthcare. Who needs common sense when you can simply throw money down a hole and let our kids pay for it all!! And while we are at it, let’s apologize to tyrants and go on a world stage and make our country look bad. Yea, such a great improvement over Bush.
