Wind-turbine manufacturer Vestas Wind Systems were forced to layoff 100s of workers when Republicans increased taxes on clean energy businesses — purely for political purposes.
The cuts represent 29 percent of the plant’s workforce. Vestas also had laid off workers at plants in Brighton and Pueblo due to the tax increase.
