Robert Monroe, 50, of Shorewood, Wisconsin was convicted of massive voter fraud on Friday. Monroe worked directly for Scott Walker’s re-election campaign. The fraud occurred during the recall election of Walker.

Monroe is also a health insurance executive for United Health who fought to repeal the Affordable Care Act.
