Since corporations are people, then people must be corporations

by Ben Hoffman

This video is partially right, but we shouldn’t have to incorporate to become corporations. After all, corporations didn’t have to form a people-hood to become a person. They are inherently people. So it follows that people should inherently be corporations. And since you can’t put a corporation in prison, it’s time to empty our prisons.

Maybe Jared Loughner’s lawyer should use that defense. Corporations kill people all the time and at most, they’re fined a bit (which is probably tax deductible). When the fine is big enough to be a deterrent, they usually get it reduced to the point where it’s just a little inconvenience.

It’s time we demanded our rights as corporations! Stand up America!

Or move to amend that corporations are NOT people.

Find a local protest if you can’t make it to Washington.
