  1. Totally incorrect. The president can’t trade tax cuts for unemployment. Too much is involved. 98 percent of the American public will be affected if he doesn’t approve any form of tax cuts. There a difference between integrity (Obama) and the 42 thieves in the Republican Senate. This is a class structure war the greedy rich against the poor 90 percent. Look at history.

  2. “I’m told Chuck Graham, state senator, is here. Stand up Chuck, let ’em see you. Oh, God love you. What am I talking about. I’ll tell you what, you’re making everybody else stand up, though, pal.”

—Biden, telling Missouri state senator Chuck Graham to stand up at a campaign rally, before realizing that Graham is confined to a wheelchair.

“In Delaware, the largest growth of population is Indian Americans, moving from India. You cannot go to a 7-11 or a Dunkin’ Donuts unless you have a slight Indian accent. I’m not joking.”

    — Joe Biden, captured on C-SPAN’s “Road to the White House” series, trying to bond with an Indian-American supporter. A Biden spokeswoman later said, “The point Senator Biden was making is that there has been a vibrant Indian-American community in Delaware for decades.”
