    Nationalism … uh like it’s bad to be devoted to one’s nation!
    Liberals: selective rights only
    Liberals: can’t identify enemies; they just want to know why the enemy doesn’t like them.
    Liberals: hate the military … they think they can have peace through limp-wristed panty waving, and strong words at 20 paces.
    Liberals: everyone is unisex
    Liberals: Oh … come on, like it isn’t controlled now!
    Liberals: no such thing as national security, just allow anyone in to take over.
    Liberals: Only the elite rule and the rest do as they say.
    Liberals: take the money from the corporations … then condemn them

    Liberals: Protect the criminals because most of them are the same; punishment = $30 fine and 30 days in jail for raping a 4 year old because it’s the child’s fault, not the rapist.
    Liberals: corruption can’t be defined because they’re all corrupt.
    Liberals: block voting polling stations with thugs, make sure convicts, illegal aliens and dead people can vote.

    One was left out. Liberals: the Constitution is a roll of toilet paper. It means whatever they want it to mean. The interstate commerce clause pretty much covers everything a Progressive can conjure up.

    3. Understand who the enemy is and comes to the table with a real plan.
    4. Supports our military.
    5. History of fairness and equality for ALL MEN AND WOMEN of ALL COLOR! (Note: There is one party to fight for the freedom of slaves, elect the first African-American to Congress, fight for the right to vote for women, elect the first female to Congress and this party also supported and voted in favor of the Civil Rights Act more than the other party.)
    6. Does not support a controlled mass media like GE..I mean NBC, ABC, CBS, CNN, MSNBC, and so many more.
    7. Understand the importance of national security and the safety of our families and fellow Americans.
    8. Understands the importance of religion and faith that helped build our great nation but also respects the faith of others.
    9. Believes in empowering and giving incentives for corporations to produce more and thus hire more.
    10. Believes in those American laborers who get off their couch and work hard for what they get in return. And not for those non-laborers who expect handouts and feel entitled.
    11. Believes folks should take the time to educate themselves on the history of the parties, the voting records and which party offers the best for themselves and their family.
    12. Believes in the right to protect yourself with a gun and believes that we should support and provide the proper resources to fight crime and enforce the right punishment for that crime.
    13. Recent Republicans and Democrats alike have had their issues with corruption, but the GOP traditionally believes in representing the people over the interest of the largest paying special interest group. The Dems think backroom deals and catering to special interests groups like Lawyers and Law Firms (see lack of tort reform in the recent healthcare bill.) is more important than being accountable and responsible to the people of their district and our nation.
    14. Understand that the BUSH / GORE vote was close, but also understand the DEMS have no problem corrupting a vote in Minnesota that saw Al “What a Joke” Franken elected in a very corrupted recount. Conservative Americans all agree election reform is much needed as well as term limits.

    Side question: has anyone seen the movie “Unthinkable?” Samuel L. Jackson, Carrie Ann Moss, etc? Had never heard of it, but watched it the other night. It’s an interesting take on the whole security/prisoner/Geneva/terrorist/rights thing.

  6. I honestly wonder if you smoked one too many back in the 60’s. You do realize that the rules of the Geneva Convention apply to enemies represented by a flag and a country with borders…..right? Those rules simply do not apply to terrorist groups. But keep puffing away! You must live in a world where you think you can just go apologize to our enemies for anything we ever did to upset them in the past and beg them to not attack us again. Maybe if we bake them some cookies while in custody, they will share with us the intel we need to avoid such attacks in the future. You have no clue what it takes to keep our borders safe but can sit there and point fingers. Thank God we live in a country where folks can express their views, but it is sad to see someone so spoiled with freedom, filled with hate without even knowing the truth. And yes, there is ugliness on both sides of the aisle, but there is only one of us who can speak as an American and not a party member blinded with hate.

    Please tell me what was “delusional” about my 14 points! Or are you one of those finger pointers who think they know what they are talking about but yet never actually researched the history of the parties and what they stand for?

    You know, you are my favorite Liberal for one reason. You actually post specifics. Most on your side just make broad statements. You make it easy to destroy your arguments.

    I wish you were more specific. I can only guess you are referring to Bush’s wiretaps. What is funny about that, in 2008 Senator Obama voted to give Bush expanded wiretapping and electronic surveillance power . I’m pretty sure the Obama people still carry on most of Bush’s spying on Americans.

    Guilty as charged. Do you think the Watergate trials or Valerie Plame investigations were anything besides politics?

    This one I could hit out of the park blind folded. Having sex with an intern in the Oval Office is at the very least an actionable offense. The impeachable offense was lying under oath to a Grand Jury.

    So tell me, why do you ” always forget ” to mention that fact? I sure would love to meet your version of a ” reasonable person ” .

    Republicans had Don Siegelman put in prison simply because he’s a Democrat. That is fascism.

    The original point is whether the Valerie Plame investigation was about what you said or what I said. I said it was nothing but politics. You said it was about revealing Plame’s secret identity. Which by the way, she was not covert, so it was meaningless.

    The Special Counsel Fitzgerald learned fairly early that Richard Armitage was the source of the leak. He kept trying to get someone else indicted. He finally ” got ” poor Scooter Libby. Interestingly Armitage was never “gotten” because politically he was not important .

    Now prove me wrong Spinmeister.

    It’s like arguing with “despicable”. You did not answer any of my points, you called me stupid, declared victory, and quit .

    First of all, just what were the repercussions of revealing Valerie Plame’s identity. Second Scooter Libby, did not reveal her identity, yet was convicted. Third, Richard Armitage, who did reveal her identity was not even prosecuted .

    Now tell me where I have any of my facts wrong!

      That she was a covert agent is classified information until the CIA declassifies it. Republicans divulged classified information for political gain. She can never again be covert and divulging that she was an agent put the people she dealt with at risk. Some may have already been killed because of it.

      You don’t have a problem with that because you don’t care about our country. You only care about your party and treasonous acts against our country get your approval if it benefits your party.

      He was convicted of obstruction and perjury in the investigation of a treasonous offense. You don’t have a problem with that, but you do have a problem with Clinton lying about an affair. It shows your loyalties.

      Divulging classified information must be intentional to be a crime, and if you read the news you’d know the story about how the information was leaked. There was even a movie about it.

    Facts do not matter to you and Rick . Gee you got a movie backing you up . You still have not answered anything . Libby was not the source of the leak, so how could he have intentionally leaked it? And also even accidentally leaking sensitive classified information is grounds for prosecution, Mr. Lawyer . Again, if this was not political, why was Armitage not prosecuted for anything ? If this was not political, why did Fitzgerald continue investigating after he knew that Armitage was guilty ?

    Again, you and your buddy cannot answer simple questions .

    The ‘only’ grounds would have been policy grounds. Not high crimes and misdemeanors. Not like lying under oath to a Grand Jury. You are right about one thing, they certainly would have done it, if they thought it politically was good for them . I think that after the Clinton Impeachment attempt did not really benefit Republicans, they decided it was better to wait for the next election .

    Every thing really is politics to your side.

    The bad thing is that you guys have a hard time blaming anything on my side because with your control of the Presidency, the House of Representatives, and the Senate, everyone knows you guys own the Country.

    Now come January, if there is justice in the Cosmos, Republicans will gain some measure of power in Congress. Then when something goes wrong, it will be easier to shift blame away from President Obama. It worked for Clinton.

    So see, just in your own self interest you two gentlemen should vote Republican.

  19. The GOP has paid posters on all liberal blogs and social media sites as you can plainly see here. One more example of media manipulation and probably a few more fascist moves. Please America, wake up from the fear-driven trance the republicans have lied you into. The Declaration says: “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.”. The Declaration also lists examples “of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these States” by King George many of which sound very much like the intensions of the republicans evinced by their own words. We have the Constitution to protect us from dictators and tyrants if we would just read it occasionally. So, try to open your padlocked minds, gather a little history and review what the candidates are really saying and the platform is really proposing.
