I have no idea what is going on about the memo, but I’m pretty sure that Weiner’s citing of the CBO scoring of the Senate Bill is total baloney . The CBO scoring is a preliminary estimate made from the BS numbers the Democrats supplied . This CBO crap that your rising star idiot cited is totally worthless . The sad fact is, that you guys all know it .
