The Stimulus Spending is $275 Billion

Right-wing pundits and politicians would have you believe that the Stimulus consisted of a trillion dollars in spending. The total Stimulus is $787 Billion with only about $275 Billion in spending. The rest is tax cuts and entitlement payouts such as unemployment benefits.
